CE REQUIREMENTS

The Veterinary Medical Board is currently auditing RVTs for CE. 

RVTs have had their licenses suspended due to lack of the 20 required hours every 2 years. 

Make sure that you complete 20 hours of CE prior to renewing your license. 16 of the hours must be approved and interactive, while 4 hours may be passive, like reading journals or viewing videos. 

Newly licensed RVTs are exempt from the requirement for their first renewal.
